Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We therefore ask you to confirm your appointments upon booking via our online booking system. You will be asked at the time of booking to agree with our cancellation policy.

 

Your appointments MUST be confirmed with an up to date credit/debit card to secure your space.

 

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment start time you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

 

If you do not turn up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service fee.

 

If you have booked a course of treatment and cancel one of your sessions within 48 hours of your appointment start time you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

 

If you have booked a course of treatment and fail to attend one of your appointments, the cost of that session will be charged in full.​
